With just a 15-minute drive from Hostel G Perth, Moonlight Cinema in Kings Park gives you that classic ‘movie under the stars’ vibes, with plenty of space to enjoy your fave flicks in a picnic setting - complete with your own vino and snacks. If you’re looking to do good while having an awesome time, make a visit to the Telethon Community Cinema, with several locations across Perth such as Burswood, Joondalup, Murdoch, and Bassendean. Reachable via a 10-minute drive to the nearest Burswood branch or a 32-minute bus ride away, this non-profit outdoor cinema screens new releases in a parkland setting, complete with food, drinks, and rentable bean bags. All profits made will then go to their charity partners, which include: 12 Buckets, Parkerville Children and Youth Centre, Rebound WA, HorsePower Hills, and the Edmund Rice Camps.
