2 - UWA Somerville Auditorium

Framed by majestic pine trees and the starry night sky, the UWA Somerville Auditorium plays host to The Lotterywest Film Festival, bringing over 23 films from more than 15 countries that will leave you laughing, crying, contemplating, rejoicing, or simply inspired long after the end credits. With just a 15-minute drive from Hostel G Perth, Moonlight Cinema in Kings Park gives you that classic ‘movie under the stars’ vibes, with plenty of space to enjoy your fave flicks in a picnic setting - complete with your own vino and snacks. 5 - TELETHON COMMUNITY CINEMA

If you’re looking to do good while having an awesome time, make a visit to the Telethon Community Cinema, with several locations across Perth such as Burswood, Joondalup, Murdoch, and Bassendean. Reachable via a 10-minute drive to the nearest Burswood branch or a 32-minute bus ride away, this non-profit outdoor cinema screens new releases in a parkland setting, complete with food, drinks, and rentable bean bags. All profits made will then go to their charity partners, which include: 12 Buckets, Parkerville Children and Youth Centre, Rebound WA, HorsePower Hills, and the Edmund Rice Camps.

6 - RENDEZVOUS HOTEL FILM CLUB

For a beachy movie experience, all it takes is a 27-minute drive to Rendezvous Hotel Film Club at Scarborough Beach, and you’ll be hitting up the perfect spot for the ultimate summer screening vibes. Think sand, sun, sea, and the silver screen! Visit the Club Lounge for some fabulous curated cocktails and yummy dumplings, before heading down to the Film Club open-air cinema on Level 24 to enjoy their exciting lineup of movies, set against gorgeous views of the Indian Ocean.
