WHAT PAYMENTS METHOD CAN I USE TO BOOK A STAY?

Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Union Pay, EFTPOS cards, Apple & Samsung Pay, Cash.

CAN UNDER 18 STAY IN THE HOSTEL?

Yes, but they'll need to check in with a legal guardian. They won't be allowed to stay in a shared room, so the responsible person must purchase an entire shared or private room.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-ins are any time from 2 PM, and check-outs are at 10 am. Our reception is open 7 days a week, 24 hours.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?

We have luggage storage free of charge for our guests. For long-term storage, please speak to our friendly Front Office team to find out more.

CAN I ARRIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?

Our reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. If the door is locked, no worries! Just press the intercom and our security team will let you in. You also have the option to call our security team directly through 0403 494 371.

DOES HOSTEL G HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Hostel G Perth has disabled access and accessible rooms. If you have any special requirements or need any help, get in touch with our team.

ARE THERE HAIR DRYERS?

We supply hair dryers at reception. Just ask a member of the team.

ARE TOWELS SUPPLIED IN ALL ROOMS?

Only our private rooms (Great room, Greatest room, Greatest suite) and GLAM rooms come with towels. You can rent or buy a towel from reception for a small charge. 

DO YOUR HOSTELS ACCEPT PETS?

Sorry, you can't bring pets into our hostel.

IS ALL BED LINEN SUPPLIED?

Yes, we supply all your bed sheets.

CAN I BRING GUESTS IN WHO AREN'T STAYING IN THE HOSTEL?

Everyone is welcome in the social areas only until 11 PM, after that visitors may be asked to leave our facilities.

ARE THE SOCIAL AREAS OPEN TO PUBLIC?

Yes, Our social areas welcome everyone.

DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN TO COOK MY OWN MEAL?

We do have a communal kitchenette with microwaves, kettles, crockery, fridge and food storage options exclusively for Hostel G guests.

DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

Yes, there are self-serve laundry facilities at all of our hostels. Prices vary from A$4 for a wash and A$4 for a dry.
